Payments Accepted
Payments are processed through standard monthly pay applications. Tidewater submits complete and notarized applications in accordance with our schedule of values.
Bidding
We regularly work off Invitations to Bid (ITBs) and can support long lead times when pricing is established early as part of a full project bid set. When engaged during preconstruction or early buyout, we hold pricing, stay aligned with schedule updates, and coordinate manpower planning as the project progresses.
Rapid Mobilization
We understand that cleaning scopes are sometimes purchased later in the schedule. Tidewater can mobilize quickly to support rough, final, and puff cleans when projects move closer to inspections, turnovers, or move-in deadlines. Our crews scale to meet demand and integrate with site leadership to support accelerated timelines when needed.
Coverage Area
Tidewater provides construction cleaning services throughout the Southeast, including Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. We support multifamily projects across these states and can scale crews to meet project needs, schedules, and phased turnovers.
